Membership in Les Dames d'Escoffier International's Cleveland Chapter is limited to qualified women living and working in Ohio, with a minimum of 5 years professional culinary or related industry experience. We accept applications semi-annually (January 1 – February 5, and May 25 – June 25). For more information, contact our chapter president or Les Dames d'Escoffier International.
